Guides to standardize a high quality asset portfolio.
Managing the quality of a growing portfolio of over 10,000 luxury villas was becoming a very challenging and time-consuming task. The assets received from many regions were not meeting standards, and they were causing delays on a property launch. After researching the causes for the lack of quality, we decided to design the following guides to help remote photographers deliver what we were looking for.

Working at Luxury Retreats was a great experience. Being part of a committed team to grow pushed me to learn and apply different procedures to optimize my time. I remember learning how to create shortcuts in Photoshop to make repetitive edits that were outsourced to remote photographers.
I also designed guidelines for them to standardize their deliverables. This saved time and costs and reduced workload on my team’s end. It also gave me the opportunity to work on special branding exercises with the brand director to continuously learn about branding for the high-end market.
