RxLabs is a compounding pharmacy in Westmount. Wanting to present themselves to the market as customer-centric and innovative. We collaborated to design their brand identity, website, and digital and physical marketing collaterals.

New to the pharmaceutical world, this was a fantastic opportunity to learn about all the laws from the core of the compounding pharmacies. In collaboration with the owner and pharmacist of the pharmacy and travel clinic, we dove into what the law demands the pharmacies to do and what clients expect to offer a unique customer experience and journey.

We designed a clean and bold brand that would concentrate on its patients and partners to develop lasting relationships and high customer lifetime value.
